Underground Movies

Well OK, so there’s only a couple of movies...but, they’re good ones, and we have to start some place. And we happen to know, a bunch of people would like to see them, so pony up. We’ll be adding more movies later, like tomorrow...but, this isn’t going to be one of those sites with 1.8 million selections. More like, maybe 25 or so the first year. We want to stay within our product line, of underground drama and production techniques, with legal or political themes. So, if you want horror, buttheads doing beer and lifestyle, or Rodriquez-Tarrentino rip-offs, you won’t find it here. Some of the movies are inappropriate for the squeamish or prudish, and will be noted as such.

WHY JOIN?  Quoting Big Al Sevilla, uttered while in a Chinese buffet in Arlington, VA... “You have to be crazy or stupid to make one of these things (underground movie), but then, somebody has to do it. Everything you watch or hear is control by world corporations. Every second of programming is there to sell you something. Someone has to put forth original ideas. Otherwise, the First Amendment is worthless.”

Important Tech Stuff No One Will Read

All selections use Windows (AVI) Media 9 codecs. These work in a variety of players, but obviously, best in the latest Windows Media Players. If you don’t have one, they can be downloaded on the Microsoft site front page, and they are free. You may find downloads for the player on a variety of sites, however, we recommend, you use the Microsoft site, since they are all free anyway. AOL automatically used their player, which plays these codecs perfectly. All the popular players we have tested play the movies perfectly, but Windows Media Players streams almost instantly, without much of a buffer time. The Media 9 codecs are designed to run on XP and now Vista.
